Central Victoria Surveying is a family-owned business located in Bendigo, providing land surveying and subdivision consultancy services within Victoria. We specialise in land surveying for property developers, the public sector, solicitors, architects, builders, engineers and property owners looking to develop their land, resolve boundary disputes, or obtain professional advice regarding their property rights.

The company was established by Matthew King, Licensed Surveyor. Matthew has over 20 years of experience in the land surveying and property development industry. He graduated from the University of Melbourne in 2004 with a bachelor’s degree in Geomatic Engineering with honours and gained registration from the Surveyors Registration Board of Victoria as a Licensed Surveyor in 2014. He is a member of the Institute of Surveyors Victoria (ISV) and is committed to further professional development by attending many industry events and seminars each year.

Matthew has vast experience in all aspects of land surveying and has managed a multitude of projects, from two-lot subdivisions to 1000+ lot broad acre subdivisions and 90-storey mixed-use building subdivisions. He is committed to providing a quality product for his many clients, always delivering on time and on budget.
